Why were are different from many other sites (Apart from being based in Australia & subject to Australian Fair Trading Laws)
1. We do not list Paris apartments without a personal inspection by one of our team.
2. We do not accept apartments for listing without them meeting our citeria & we are judging based on Australian standards !
3. All of our Paris apartments have professional English speaking managers to help if needed.
4. None of our apartments require you to pay huge amounts of cash security/damage deposits on arrival !

It is important to understand that you are sharing the building with permanent residents who need to work and perhaps may not share in your holiday spirit.
We ask that you try to keep noise to a minimum especially within the shared areas such as courtyards/stairwells, if you have luggage with wheels please carry them over cobbles & if you are travelling with children please dont allow them to run around within the apartment as this can reverberate through the floor to your downstairs neighbours.
PARIS BOOKINGS ARE GENERALLY A 5 NIGHT MINIMUM HOWEVER SOME MAY BE POSSIBLE FOR 3 NIGHTS IN THE OFF SEASON & AT OTHER TIMES IF THERE IS A GAP BETWEEN BOOKINGS, PLEASE ASK. MOST ARE AVAILABLE TO START ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

Please be aware that exteriors/foyers & stairwells can often appear quite run down/neglected even in buildings that house luxury apartments !
Construction/Refurbishment is taking place all over Paris all the time & we cant always get away from it, unfortunately this is often done without any notice at all, where possible our clients are relocated.
The majority of the CITY APARTMENTS listed on our main site have been personally selected and inspected. Whilst it is possible to get cheaper apartments our extensive experience has found that often they are not up to Australian standards. Our loyalty is to our clients not to any particular owner or supplier and we will always give you an honest opinion, our aim is to match you to the best possible apartment to suit your needs.

NO SMOKING POLICY Clients should be aware that if they DO smoke in a NON SMOKING property, then the owner of that property will exercise his/her right to charge for cleaning of curtains, carpets, upholstery and any other method needed to rid the property of odours, smoke pollution and damage caused by smoking. Please check if you are a smoker that you are not allocated a “no smoking” property.

PRICES & PAYMENT
PLEASE NOTE - WEB PRICES QUOTED ARE APPROXIMATE ONLY AS DUE TO CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SET A FIRM AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR PRICE UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. OF COURSE WE DONT JUST INCREASE PRICES DUE TO FLUCTUATION WE DO DECREASE WHERE APPLICABLE TOO !!
DEPOSITS RANGE FROM BETWEEN 20% & 50% OF THE APPROXIMATE TOTAL COST. YOUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT WILL BE CONFIRMED ON BOOKING AND THE BALANCE IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS WILL BE ADVISED 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE WHEN BALANCE IS PAYABLE.
Our endeavour is to make booking and payment as easy as possible. Once you choose any one of our apartments in Paris or any other country, cottage or villa, simply advise us of your choice and dates also your expected arrival time as this can be very important for gaining access, where after we will confirm availability. We will then send you a booking form and invoice, the booking form should be returned within twenty-four (24) hours although if for some reason you do not return the form but your payment is made within that time your booking will still be confirmed. We consider your payment as acceptance of the relevant booking conditions so please be sure that you have read them. Deposits are variable from twenty (20) to fifty (50) percent. Payment can be made either by direct deposit or by Visa/Mastercard (the latter attracting a two (2%) percent admin fee). As we represent many different companies, we will advise you of specific cancellation conditions when we send your invoice.
We advise that you have travel insurance before you begin your journey. As we are a registered Australian business, in the event that you must cancel for any reason covered by your travel insurance, any bookings that you make with us can be claimed.
